Default Parts trailer

Have a question about this: could anybody give a quick rundown of how this works? Is there a trailer sitting somewhere that currently has parts sitting in it that have been donated by the club or is it just what you bring to the event and gets stashed in a trailer?

If it's the former, I thought maybe we could go through and inventory stuff, and then some of my parts runs could be focused on building up the inventory of stuff that's likely to be needed. Or maybe we could create a list of stuff to look out for that's being given away/thrown away/cheap on Craigslist or something. I think it's a good idea.

Who's currently in charge of this?

Matt,

Last I heard Ben has the trailer and as I understand it what you "donate" to the trailer becomes the parts available to anyone at CM that may need them. I've never actually looked in the trailer though to see what is in there, just how I understand it works from what Ben explained to me when I donated some parts for CM07.

An important thing to keep in mind, and what Ben explained to me when I asked him whether what I was donating was "ok", is that the part doesn't have to perfect, just good enough to get someone off the trail
