Not to be a nag but take it to chat and keep the planning threads small and much less confusing please! I fell into the trap too and my post is now deleted!

I am in for Dave's non-interstate route on the way back,I have two weeks off for the trip and plan on meandering back at a slow enjoyable pace taking in the scenery and relaxing with my dad in the great outdoors. We are also up for some non paved road expedition type travel if anyone is interested. The only constraint for coming back is to be home Saturday evening. Any interest?

I probably have more time on the front end. We leave the trail Sunday? I probably need to plan to boogie straight back. Should I take Monday and Tuesday off after the event to make it home?

I have every intention of being back Monday night! If things are looking ify I WILL head out Sat night after the raffle and spend the night in LT so I can leave at damn early o'clock on Sunday. This is only if we're not on an early "exit" schedule Sunday!

With a lot of folks talking about a high speed return to COlorado, I'm a little worried about driving back solo after wheeling hard for several days. Seems like the perfect scenario for a breakdown and getting stranded in the desert. I hope at least one group can organize for a slower return caravan.

I'd be down for that! Hopefully I can "work" from home Tuesday and not have to get on a plane for somewhere. 40's can fly, eh?

I'll probably go back via I-80, but I may take US40 at Park City. I love the drive through Dinosaur & Meeker and Rifle and back home on I-70. We'll see.
