Default Could you ck a couple of measurements on your fj40?

Beside my fj being a rusted beyond reason a previous driver backed into an oak tree turning the rt corner (tub and top) inside out.

I'm trying to rebuild it to resemble a real fj40 at this point but I'm having to literally build a frame to hang sheet metal on.

I'm eliminating the tail gate and hoping to find a back hatch from an early 70s that I can us to close against it.

What is the distance between your wheel wells? What is the measurement from your bed floor up the side to the high point on the side top rail?

I want a stock top to fit on this mess when I'm done.

Let me know what you've got the measurements?

Thanks!!
