It's a tradition.

Tell ya what, if you wanna have a FINE time and FANTASTIC food, have Boz and his wife 'Cookie' put on a trail run like they do on the Kokopelli Trail every St. Paddy's. I am not kidding. The club has a real coup in getting Boz to join!

I had a great time on this run. Great scenery, well organized, good communication!

I'm not (yet) a Rising Sun member, but after being unimpressed with most 4WD clubs, I was much taken by the camaradarie, sense of humor, and cooperation of the club on this run. You folks are a class act! Thanks for the advice and help with my chronic vapor locking. (I'm plotting a total re-routing of the fuel line to the carb toward the front of the engine compartment...)

Good meeting you too Steve, hope you can come up for some more runs sometime.

Your "poop brown FJ40" is a thing of beauty. Nice to see clean stockers out having fun on the trails.

Stock? I saw Ford parts under the hood. Glad to have you on the run Steve. I agree, your 40 is beautiful.

I first saw that 40 at the bottom of the pass about 1998.

Thanks to all for a truely enjoyable weekend. I Really liked the relaxed pace, and chance to play in the 80. This trip just re-affirmed what a great group of people we have in this club. Definitely can't wait until next year

And a BIG HUGE thanks to Nathaniel !!!!!
