Talking need wind shield

ok so, i know what most of you are gonna say, and your right i probably should just go and get a new one from the dealer or a windshield shop. but just checking to see if anyone local has one for a 72 fj40? if so you can pm or just reply here. thanks!!

Since it is just flat safety glass, you should be able to go to your favorite local auto window place and have them CUT you one, rather than ordering it.

You seem to already know the best way to proceed. Factory glass really isn't horrible in cost. It will be non pitted, clear and strong. I suggest replacing the gasket too....ya you'll be out some bucks but you will be soooo happy you did it afterwords! Trust me....been there, done that!
