Default Rear Bumper/Tire Carrier Plans

Are there any good plans (or examples with pics) out there for a rear bumper with spare tire carrier for a 74 FJ40 that will handle 35's? I just can't afford to spend $1300 for a rear bumper and tire carrier. But I'm willing to fab something up if it's not too complex and can be made with a chop saw and stick welder.

Here is a link to my build up over on Mud.

Just remember to overbuild the carrier, you don't want your tire to fall off on the freeway with the average tire/35" tire coming in around 75-100lbs!

If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Hawkdriver, built one over on Mud too here
