Default FJ40 Purchase - Things to look out for

Other than the usual rust in the rear, what else should I look for. I've got a friend who's looking to buy a 40, and I'm a mini guy. Also, what does anyone think of this for the price: http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/884259965.html

TIA, Cale

That's a decent price for that rig if it runs really really well.

Things to look for would be rust in the floors/doors/raingutter and under that diamond plate. Look for anything that doesn't look original under the hood. If it's all stock, that's a plus IMHO. Could be lots of electrical gremlins so check the operation of all the lights, etc.

I'm up in Evergreen, so if you guys want an extra set of eyes too look it over with you, let me know.

40's

Bezel police!! And are those the stock seats? I'd have to take a closer look, but from the pictures, not bad.

Oops! I missed that! Better tell them to knock an extra $500 off for that.
