Thumbs up Outlaws Run 2009

Outlaws Run 2009: Hole in the Wall

Route: I plan to take the group from Browns Park in north eastern Utah to Hole in the Wall in central Wyoming. Two great hideoutes by the Wild Bunch.

Duration: the trip will be October 19th-25th.

Terrain: Easy to moderate.

Plan on bringing lots of Food, fuel and gear needed for an extended stay away from civilization.

CB channel 4, Ham: 146.460.

Link of trip report from the 2008 Outlaws run

Chilly nights! Lets make sure we can have campfires. Naturally, I'm in. Better start to stockpile the $1.49 gas!

I just blocked out the 7th to 14th. This far in advance I should be able to manage life enough to take a week off!

So it looks like there is going to be a possible date change to the Outlaws Run this year. I was told by Wyatt (over at EU.com) that November is a bit unpredictable in terms of weather and trail conditions, plus a few sites that I wanted to visit may not be open. After looking at the weather I was thinking of moving the trip to the third week in October.

Let me know if this works for you guys.
