The coil over shock had me do a double take on the 45LV.

I think those are "helper" shocks. I've seen those in the past and many moons ago (before I had the benefit of the wisdom of this club) had thought about them for my sagging FJ40.

I used those for a spring lift on my old Chevy LUV 4x4...
