Default 1st Cruise Moab

THis will be my 1st Cruise Moab as well as this being my first post on this Forum. I am looking forward to going and havent heard alot about it on FJ Cruiser So. Cal Forum. My rig has recently been repainted after alot of trail carnage and is currently being SAS'ed at All Pro Offroad. It will be ready to push to the limit by the time this trip arrives. I will be at Tin Benders the weekend before running the Hammers so hopefully she is not too tore up for Moab.

Mad Dog before new paint.

Sweet rig! Last year was my first and I had a blast, even though I busted my rear diff and was down for two days! hahaha I plan on being back every year now. What trails are you going to be running? Hope I get a chance to see that SAS in action.

After looking at that second picture a little more I see the hand in the winch, pretty funny. I also see a hand coming out of the window on the drivers side, I hope it s fake too I am sure you know that is a no no, but just in case, it is a no no.

How much of a lift are you looking at once you are done with the SAS? I have seen some of their work on the FJ's and Tacoma's and it looks great. Never drove one but I am sure they have them dialed in pretty nice.

Tell us what trails you signed up for.

That is my hand and I know it is a no no but thanks any way. I was asked to do it for the picture I still probably shouldnt have. I guess my arm could have ended up like the one in the winch. That was put there as a joke by a club I was running with because I am paranoid about getting pinched in it. As for the lift it will be about 4" with the 2.0 Fox Shock front and rear. I will be running Dana 60's front and rear and 37" BFG KM 2's. I plan on running Hells Revenge and Behind the rocks, and the one in the canyon I cant remember. I havent heard of any other FJ Cruisers going to this.Am I the odd man out?

No Way! There will likely be good representation of all Toyota rigs. 40's, 55's, 60's, 70's, 80's, 100's, Hilux, 4Runners, Taco's, and FJCruisers...

Now that I think about it, I am pretty sure there were more FJCruisers last year than 55's and 60's combined.

Hi Framer,

Nice looking FJC. There will be a bunch of FJCs there. You can drop into the Colorado sub category in the FJC Forum, there are a bunch of us signed up.

See you then!
